Ukraine to send firefighting plane to assist in efforts to extinguish fires in Israel

<p>A fire broke out on Wednesday night in a cardboard warehouse in Bat Yam. Five firefighting crews were initially dispatched to the scene, and were later reinforced to ten crews.</p><p>The fire is located beneath a building, impacting a combined hostel and hospital structure. Firefighters are searching for trapped individuals and working to extinguish the blaze.</p>

The IDF Spokesperson's Unit also confirmed, "Following the alert regarding a potential terrorist infiltration in Geva Binyamin, the concern of a security incident was removed."The breach in the fence was likely caused by work being carried out on the fence.

<p>Three trapped individuals were rescued from a fire that broke out on Wednesday night at a nursing home in Bat Yam. A man, approximately 80 years of age, was evacuated to hospital in light condition.</p><p>The Fire and Rescue Service reported that the incident is under control, and a fire investigator along with the commander of the Holon station in the Dan District are at the scene.</p>

<p>A 17-year-old teen was seriously injured in a violent incident in Kiryat Gat.</p><p>Magen David Adom paramedics provided him with medical treatment and evacuated him to Barzilai Hospital.</p>

<p>Fire and Rescue Service said that 155 firefighting crews are still operating at full capacity at all fire hotspots in the Judean Lowlands area.</p><p>At this stage, the fire has not yet been contained.</p>
